This was just one of those cities we went to that we were just plain bad tourists. Being on the road gets tiresome, even after our lovely stay in England with Maggie’s family.

Our hostel was modern and cozy and with the cold and rain outside we just never wanted to leave! We watched some movies and relaxed during the daytime and ventured out to see the sights at night. These included the Grand Place, Town Hall, Manneken Pis, and not to forget the most popular bar called Delirium Café where we each had a liter of beer in a glass boot! To finally top off Brussels, I hit a local gym for a few hours to get a head start for beach body season, since were heading to the beaches of Asia in a few weeks!!! (and I had to work off the multiple Belgium waffles doused in ice cream, chocolate, nutella, carmel, oreos…I could go on and on)
